While we do a lot of fishing in our Tidewater, lately we have also done lots of skiing with my crazy nephews and other friends. I'd like to add a removable ski pylon for wakeboarders and the help get my old buddies who only ski once a year or so up on single skis.

Any suggestions for a removable pylon? I'm a little concerned about the adjustable ones being strong enough, but assume they must be or there would be back press about them.

You can get an idea of the layout of our boat on the Tidewater website:

Many thanks,
Mike

I have this one on a Sea Pro 190CC: http://www.overtons.com/modperl/product/details.cgi?pdesc=Adjustable-Pro-Ski-Pylon&i=18746&aID=600B5&merchID=4006. It is made by Swivil-Eze. Works great. I have it at the highest setting and it will hold me with no problem.

If at first you don't succeed, drink another beer!!!
