Anyone know if there is anything going on on the diversion canal right now? More specifically what the bank fishing is like? Really having to try hard to talk my wife into going, so I need it to be worth it for her. Thanks for your help. |

Yeah it pretty much sucked. Heavy boat traffic and the only thing I caught was red bugs. WTF. Anyone know anywhere to catch catfish from the bank?

no, not even close...there are only a few spots by the bridge that i see people bank fishing from.... |

Thanks for the info. Catfish is what i was looking for. My wife is not much for sitting in the heat. So we may have to try at night. Is the canal as acessible as the rediversion? |

Bank fishing in the canal has picked up....that is for catfish. The flow is pretty low and it is hot like everywhere else. Time to go night fishing. |
