Been looking at this......

And my neighbor to my property just killed a big 9 point. Bases were 5 1/4 - 5 1/2".....

Hopefully, his daddy is still out there, but I have a sneaky suspicion that the owner of this rub is burger by now..

Same here.... I know a small buck and big buck will rub and small tree, and a big buck rub a large tree, but I have never seen a small buck rub a big tree

Going to Church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

You are the offspring of 5 monkeys having But Secs with a retarded fish squirrel. CONGRADULATION!!!!

dont write him off 23. I have seen cowhorns rub trees bigger than that as well as 130" trophies ripping apart tiny saplings. Though often it will hold true that the size of a rub tells you the size of the buck, definately not always a fact.

Have trail cam pics of a 13" cowhorn rubbing a telephone pole at the plantation a few years back. I thought for sure I was going to have some sort of monster after the camera had been there 2 weeks...definately not the case!
