(**() wind knots

Saw good numbers a few weeks back...then went last Sunday after that cold snap and only saw 4. Broke one off on Mike's crab pattern.

Had a wind knot in the leader and while I was trying to get it out I saw the tail pop up. Hooked him, fish ran 5 feet when it came tight pop....right at the wind knot.

Whistle, they usually tail better before the moon.. They have been visible floating and cruising on edges of "flats" most days recently.
