I'm selling my honey hole in Hampton. Just East of Varnville toward Walterboro. $80,000 LOTS of deer, some turkeys too. Has a very small pond on it that could be easily expanded. Electricity available. Mix of hardwoods in the middle and pines on the outside. Couple of foodplots and a main road running down the middle of it. I don't HAVE to sell it.  Thanks

Hello old friend, sounds like a good price. I know there's a panther or 2 in that area, so I've been told. Hope you sell it and get your price. I retired a few months ago but I'm still on the trail of that ever elusive BIG BLACK CAT.
