Saturday we finally got on the good live baits, one cast and a full live well, two cast and were ready to run. Followed the SJ down to the no secret, pretty sparse fishing all day but we got our 1 shot.. I was woken up by a screaming reel and Larry doing the o s h i t number, LOL. Quickly cleared the lines and fought a nice king for 10-15 minutes, thought we lost her in the motors several times. Finally got it close and pulled a nice 36# king in the boat. The only right species fish we caught both days. It was a great weekend with awesome people- great to see everyone and special thanks dad none of this would be possible without you!! Back to school until I Can convince Larry to get the boat out again.......
