Ingredients:
  • 1 20-ounce can cream corn
  • 1 cup crushed saltines
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup fresh shucked oysters
Procedure: Combine corn, cracker crumbs, milk, pepper, sugar, and butter in a bowl. Mix well. Fold in oysters. Pour in greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 375 for 45-minutes or until firm.
