Grilled Tuna Steaks

4 Tuna Steaks

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 cup Tamarri
-
2 teaspoon black pepper
-
1 stick melted butter
|
|
Procedure:
|
Mix garlic, tamarri, butter and pepper to make marinade. Marinate at least 1 hour. Put steaks on hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until steaks start to flake. As steaks are cooking, pour a little marinade on them.
