Chicken and Shrimp Stir Fry - Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 bag frozen mixed stir fry vegetables

2 chicken breasts
-
1 pound shrimp peeled and de-veined rice

Soy sauce
-
Teriyaki sauce
-
Black pepper

Procedure:
|
Cut chicken into small chunks. Marinate chicken and shrimp in 1 part soy sauce 1 part Teriyaki for 15 minutes and pepper heavily. Place chicken in large frying pan with some of the sauce. Cook until almost done. Add vegetables and simmer with the top on the pan. Once vegetables are thoroughly warmed add shrimp and remaining sauce. Simmer until shrimp cooked through. Serve over bed of rice.
