1-pound shrimp

1 egg

½ cup water

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup Parmesan cheese

2 cups bread crumbs

1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice

1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Procedure:

Peel and de-vein shrimp. Mix Worcestershire and lemon juice and marinate shrimp. Mix together a batter of egg, water, cornstarch, flour, cheese, and crumbs. Dip shrimp in batter and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
