Ingredients:
  • 1 12 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
  • 1 12 oz. can of Cream of Asparagus Soup
  • 1-½ soup cans of milk
  • 1 cup light (evaporated) cream
  • ¼ cup cooking sherry
  • 1 pint of crab meat
Procedure: Blend soups. Stir in milk and cream. Heat just to boiling. Add crab meat and heat throughout. Add cooking sherry just before serving and float butter atop.
