1 12 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
-
1 12 oz. can of Cream of Asparagus Soup
-
1-½ soup cans of milk
-
1 cup light (evaporated) cream
-
¼ cup cooking sherry
-
1 pint of crab meat
|

Procedure:
|
Blend soups. Stir in milk and cream. Heat just to boiling. Add crab meat and heat throughout. Add cooking sherry just before serving and float butter atop.
