Captain Tim's Kickin Crab Dip - Appetizers

Ingredients:

1 pound of crab meat

½ cup mayo
-
½ cup sour cream
-
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons of chili sauce

1 tablespoon of red vinegar

1 tablespoon of horseradish

1 teaspoon hot Sauce
-
½ teaspoon of salt
-
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
-
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions

Procedure:
|
Combine all ingredients mixing well in a sauce bowl. Chill, covered until serving time. Place dip either in a fancy serving bowl, or over a bed of lettuce on a serving tray using crab claws as a garnish. Serve with wheat style crackers or saltines.
