Hot Shrimp Spread - Appetizers

Ingredients:

8 ounces whipped cream cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise
-
¼ cup chopped onion
-
½ pound small shrimp (peeled, deveined and chopped)

2 hard boiled eggs chopped fine

Procedure:
|
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl until smooth. Fold in onion. Spread ½ of the mixture into 8-inch round baking dish. Top with shrimp and ½ of the eggs. Cover with the remaining ½ of the mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining egg. Cook at 325 for 45 minutes to an hour. Serve over saltines.
