Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons parsley

1 teaspoon minced onion

½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 pound tuna poached, cooled, and flaked

Procedure:
|
Blend ingredients gradually mixing in tuna. Beat until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Note: canned tuna may be substituted if fresh tuna is unavailable.
