Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 trout fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons ground sage
  • 4 tablespoons ground almonds
  • Olive oil
Procedure: Place the flour, almonds, sage, salt, and pepper into medium shopping bag. Throw in trout fillets and shake bag well. Pour olive oil into frying pan about 1/8-inch deep over medium heat. Once oil is hot, sauté the trout turning once, until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes.
