Bluefish fried in Beer Batter - Fish

Ingredients:

2 pounds bluefish

1 3/4 cups flour

3 tbs. baking powder
-
1 tsp. salt
-
1 tsp. lemon-pepper
-
12 oz. beer
-
2 eggs beaten

Procedure:
|
Fillet and skin bluefish. Cut out the dark strip of meat. Mix flour,baking powder, salt, and lemon-pepper. Add beer and eggs to mixture and stir. Place fish in batter and let set for about 30 minutes. Deep fry fish until golden brown.
