Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds bluefish
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 tbs. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon-pepper
  • 12 oz. beer
  • 2 eggs beaten
Procedure: Fillet and skin bluefish. Cut out the dark strip of meat. Mix flour,baking powder, salt, and lemon-pepper. Add beer and eggs to mixture and stir. Place fish in batter and let set for about 30 minutes. Deep fry fish until golden brown.
