Broiled Flounder - Fish
Recipe: Broiled Flounder - Fish 
Servings: 4 
Ingredients:
  • 3 lb flounder filets
  • 3 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 4 Green onions, chopped fine
  • 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Dashes Hot Sauce (additional hot sauce may be added for spicier topping)
  • ¼ tsp. salt
Procedure: Single layer filets on a greased broiler pan. Brush the filets with lemon juice. Combine other ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Broil filets 4 to 6 minutes or until fish is almost done(time may vary depending on thickness of filets) Remove filets from oven and spread mixture over top. Broil for 30 more seconds or until cheese is melted and begins to bubble. Remove and serve.
