Recipe: Grilled Red Snapper With Mustard

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 red snapper fillets
Procedure: Combine mustard, vinegar and red pepper in small bowl; mix well. Coat fish thoroughly with mustard mixture. Place fish on grid. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat 8 minutes, turning halfway through grilling time, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
