Ingredients:
  • 2 pound Trigger fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure: In a small mixing bowl, mix mustard, butter and honey. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, and nuts. Season each fillet with salt and pepper and brush with mustard mixture. Top with bread crumb mixture and pat down. Bake in a 450 oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes with a fork.
