Flounder Au Gratin - Fish

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds Flounder filets

Four green onions, diced

1 tbs. Diced celery

2 tsp. Flour
-
2 tbs. Butter
-
¼ tsp. Pepper
-
1/8 tsp. Salt
-
½ cup milk
-
½ cup Shredded Swiss cheese

Procedure:
|
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add onions and celery and sauté until tender. Stir in flour salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, reduce heat and cook until all cheese is melted. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickened. Arrange filets in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over filets evenly. Cover and bake for 22 minutes at 350 or until filets flake easily with a fork. Remove and serve.
