Recipe: Grilled Mahi with Basil Butter - Fish

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Mahi Filets
  • BASIL BUTTER
  • 8 oz. Butter
  • ½ cup Basil (chopped-fresh)
  • MARINATE
  • 11/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ Tsp. Ground White Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Juice from 1 Lemon
Procedure: Marinate your Mahi (Dolphin) for one hour at room temperature in the following ingredients Olive Oil, White Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder, & Lemon juice. Grill your marinated Mahi for 4-5 minutes on each side. Prepare some Basil Butter to serve with your Mahi: Butter & ½ cup basil. Using a food processor cream the butter with the basil put in a dish and serve with Mahi.
