Ingredients:
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 4 medium onions
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 box corn flake crumbs
  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup crabmeat
  • One large fillet flounder
Procedure: Cut celery, onions, and shrimp into small pieces, and mix with crabmeat, cornflake crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Place flounder in pan and stuff with the above mixture. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
