Parmesan Baked Fish - Fish

Ingredients:

4 1/4 pound fish fillets

2 tablespoons of fresh grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon of white wine
-
Worcestershire

1/3 cup mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons fresh snipped chives
|
|
Procedure:
|
Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Mix mayonnaise, chives, Worcestershire and cheese in a small bowl. Place fish in pan and spread mixture over fish. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish are flaky when tested with a fork.
