Captain Tim's Quick and Easy Dolphin Recipe - Fish n/a  (Hits: 652)
Mix enough lemon juice and A.1.® (half and half mixture) to cover fillets in a small bowl. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for three to four hours. Place on a hot grill skin side down. Sprinkle fillets with parmesan cheese and allow fillets to cook until the meat can be pulled apart with a fork.
