Bluefish fried in Beer Batter - Fish
9 (Votes: 1) (Hits: 519) Fillet and skin bluefish. Cut out the dark strip of meat. Mix flour,baking powder, salt, and lemon-pepper. Add beer and eggs to mixture and stir. Place fish in batter and let set for about 30 minutes. Deep fry fish until golden brown.

Broiled Scallops
n/a (Hits: 307) Rinse and drain scallops, then place in bowl. Squeeze lemon over scallops and add in garlic and wine. Cover and let sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Grease baking pan (or tinfoil if you're using gas grill) with butter, and slice remainder of butter in small pads and place around pan or on tin foil. Then place scallops and sprinkle tops with Old Bay. Broil until edged turn brown, flip with spatula and sprinkle with Old Bay, and repeat light browning (about 7 minutes each side.
