Put all the seasoning together in a small jar. Add one pint of hot water and shake together. Let stand for one hour. Strain through coffee filter. Inject the turkey with the liquid using a turkey injector. Rub the strained seasoning over the surface of the turkey and let marinate for 36 to 48 hours.
