Spicy Fish Tacos - Fish n/a  (Hits: 195)
Combine coleslaw blend and ranch salad dressing in medium bowl and toss to combine; set aside. Combine flour, salt and peppers in shallow pan. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Dip fish fillets in flour mixture, then place in hot oil and cook 10-12 minutes until browned and fish flakes easily when tested with fork, turning once. Cut fish into 1" strips and serve in taco shells with salsa and the coleslaw mixture. 6 servings
Spicy Fried Fish - Fish n/a  (Hits: 192)
Sprinkle fish fillets generously on all sides with coarse salt; let stand 30 minutes. Rinse fish to remove salt and pat dry with paper towels. Place eggs and matzo meal in separate large shallow bowls. Mix chili powder, cumin, black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt in small bowl to blend. Sprinkle fish generously with chili powder mixture. Dip fish into eggs, then into matzo meal, coating completely. Transfer fish to waxed paper. Heat 1/4 cup oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, fry fish in single layer until it flakes with a fork and golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Transfer fish to paper towels and drain.
Seafood Casserole - Seafood n/a  (Hits: 218)
Grease a baking pan with margarine or butter. Cut fish filets into serving size squares. Bake fish at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes (should be almost, but not quite done). Cook frozen broccoli according to Directions and drain. Saute shrimp in butter, wine and season to taste with Old Bay Seafood Seasoning and drain. Mix milk and soup together. In baking pan layer fish, then broccoli, then shrimp. Pour soup mixture over top. Sprinkle cracker meal over top. Broil in oven until golden brown. Remove and serve.

Place peppers and yogurt in blender and blend smooth. Spoon ingredients over fillets in baking dish and cover. Allow to marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. Preheat over to 350-degree. Bake covered until fish flakes lightly.
Texmex Triggerfish n/a  (Hits: 142)
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grease bottom of baking dish with oil. Place dry fillets seasoned with S&P in baking dish. Top fish with salsa, then cheese and finally the chips....bake at 400 for 15 minutes...serve with a healthy dollup of sour cream. Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender for a few seconds and slowly add olive oil. Pour marinade over fish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Grill fish and baste with left-over marinade.
Grilled Pompano With Lime n/a  (Hits: 71)
1. Rub the fillets with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Grill the fillets skin-side up over a medium-hot fire for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip them and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until the fish is opaque all the way through. 3. Remove the fillets from the fire, drizzle them with the olive oil, squeeze a half lime over each, and sprinkle them with the parsley.
