Grill your marinated Mahi for 4-5 minutes on each side. Prepare some Basil Butter to serve with your Mahi: Butter & ½ cup basil. Using a food processor cream the butter with the basil put in a dish and serve with Mahi.

Baked Red Snapper - Fish

Jim Beam’s Spicy Barbeque Tuna - Fish
