Hey guys,
I just signed on with the energy drink/supplement company "Vemma" a few weeks ago. I was trying the product for a month with great results, I play fairly high level tennis..and typically cramp after my singles matches (I also don't hydrate enough, not with water anyway ;) anyway, I havent cramped once since drinking this stuff and I havent changed my diet either.
