We started trolling at the Charleston 60 and after about and hour of nothing we moved on out to some good bottom in 75'. Two barracuda were all we could get to the boat out there. The amberjacks were interested in our baits, but never took a good enough shot at any to get a hook in their mouth. To try to salvage and otherwise slow day we moved to the Comanche and dropped some baits to the bottom. We caught and, unfortunately, had to release three nice sized Red Snapper. We also caught some nice real nice sized sea bass and other bottom dwellers like ringtails and some other trash fish. All in all the charter ended their day staying busy catching fish and happy which is a successful day as far as I'm concerned. Give us a call or e-mail to book a trip, both boats have plenty of open dates available.
