Well I finally pulled the trigger after two years of waiting for the "right one" to walk out for me. Last night at 7:15, shot an 8 point with a little kicker on the left side. Working on trying to get a picture. All I had was a cell phone. Glad to finally get number 1 under my belt!
Crappy cell phone pic, hopefully I got some better ones with the real camera.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Thanks guys, Im thinking about having it mounted since its my first deer. It was an awesome feeling.
Had him weighed and he came in at 140 pounds

I got some pictures from my buddy. He is doing the mount for me. Just figured id share the progress with you guys.
I have not gotten a finished picture of it yet but he just got in town with the finished product. Going to pick it up Sunday. Cant wait to put it on the wall
