John Madden ... BOOM TURDUCKEN

Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

Saw one cooked on TV yesterday. It was a fully boned chicken stuffed in a duck stuffed in a turkey. It was then sawn up and cooked in a oven. Looked good.

Be Safe Out There!!!!!

I have had a number of them. They are great and very different. When I was a kid my uncle brought them from NOLA to us in Birmingham at the holidays. They are great for special events. In my work today I buy a lot of crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Co. Family run business, and super nice folks. They sell other items including tur-duc-en. Try it out.
