We hunted Briar Creek today with a small crowd. The hunting seems better when you have a small killing crowd. I had the opportunity to kill in front of my beagles today. Being pretty thick where I go, the chance is not often for me to shoot, but today they drove him right back to me. It was pretty deep in the woods where I shot him and it was a job getting him out to the road. This gives me something to look forwards to this week, maybe i will get another. We will be finishing out the season hunting every day this week.
Beat? Man that thing was about to jump out my chest. With the season almost to an end the dogs are fine tuned and on top of their game. Tell Brent he is missing out. The Bill bloodline lives on. The grand pups still come looking like him.
Nice job! I am am going to a big dog hunt tomm. 20 dogs at a time and a lot of big blocks to hunt. Always like ending the season that way. P.S. Love the realistic beauty of the pics!
