Mom and daddy called saying they were coming by...Id much rather spend time with them here then trying to talk over a restaurant crowd..so open the cabinets and refrigerator for a thrown together buffet;)
...they called at 1215...when they rolled in at 120 dinner was ready:D



first off...some fried chicken breast strips and thin boneless pork chops



red rice and corn on the cob





pineapple casserole



bacon/spinach/tomato Quiche/pie





sliced cucumbers and beets with feta cheese and ice tea

was pretty yummy if I have to say so myself
