Attended a deer trial today. We entered Moses in it and Roundhead and Tina entered Cloe and Cricket. Had a good time.
Cricket got a trophy for best mouth.

Salty, I believe what you are missing is the fact if this doesn't bother you and you think it is ok then why give Beagalwoman grief for showing pictures of a sport she loves.
If anything the more publicity the better if you truly believe in something stand up for it.
It seems a little hypocritical to tell someone that if you were something else you would be "pissed".
Thanks for posting the pics for us all to see! After all this is a Hunting forum. For Peta to look on here would be like a priest looking at internet porn. It's out there and if you don't want to see it don't look.

I went ahead and deleted my previous posts for you. Stand up for what you believe in? Keep thinking that. I'd rather stay off the radar. As I said I have no problem with you chasing coyotes in a pen, killing 4 points and dragging them out of ditches with a dog leash around there neck, ect. What I have a problem with is you putting this **** up for the world to see, giving folks a reason not to like people who run dogs. I like to dog hunt, have for many many years. If you love it protect it by not bringing unnecessary attention to it.

I have a back bone, I am not a spineless coward, if that was directed at me. I am not afraid of peta and what we do on our land is our own business. What I chose to share was G rated.
All along I thought coyotes were vermin in the eyes of most here on this site. Now I find out there are peta lovers here.

While I don't disagree with what you are saying you might want to read up on what happened to the Florida fox pens. Anti hunters used hunters' videos, pictures and stories got get the fox pens banned. Keep in mind it is the WORLD WIDE WEB, not just hunters see and read what is posted here.

I was very selective in the shots I choose to share on the WWW.
I do not see where any of the pics I posted could be damming.
Trucks, people, fire, a dog, and two with coyotes. NO dogs in the coyote pics.
Yall all should hang up your sportsman badges and go sit in a rocker somewhere.
Cave in to the anti's, and they have won.
If i give them the power to censor my photos then i should join them. THats not going to happen.
This is a hunting forum after all.
I am thinking yall should all put me on ignore if you do not like my posts, that or get me banned.
I am planning on attending another fox hunt and will make sure I post it well in advance so you all can come protest it. See how that works for you.

If that hog sticking thread does not give them ammo, then mine damm sure aint. Holding an animal down and slitting its throat for the glory of doing it is about as screwed up logic as you can get. I love every blood slpattering second of it.

I always love your pics and post and I don't dog hunt.
You are my connection to the outdoors while I am globtrotting. Keep up the good work. I am off to Brussels today. I come back for 1 week to scout a little then off to Dubai. Come back for a week to hunt and then off to China. Can't wait to start calling longbeards.
Hunting, fishing, and poker are my sports. Work when necessary. |
