I bought the boss lady one for Christmas. She loves it, question for you pros, what is a good flash to buy for it? We currently use the built in one and want to try another one.

Congrats on the new camera! The external flash will get the job done, but being able to have the control of a speedlite can't be touched. I'd look at getting a Canon 430EX II or a 530EX I/II. The 430 will cost you around $250 or so and the 530 another hundred. But you cannot pay enough for an external flash. Nothing wrong with buying used/refurbed either.

I got mine used from either keh or adorama in new condition a lot cheaper.

Thank you for the advice, I'll look into it, and one day maybe I'll be able to use the camera if she ever let's me!
