Only my welting/piping s in rough shape but ALL of it is bad. I've had one quote from OEM for total replacement of everything for 2800, then a local quote for recover for almost the same at 2500. I was hoping to spend about half that much. Is it even reasonable to think that only the welting could be replaced? Any recommendations on where to get it done either way? I'm typically along the below i26 part of SC.

Sea Stitch in Thunderbolt, GA is doing my cushions as we speak.
912-354-0304 Robby Christie is the contact.
He comes to Beaufort once/twice a week, picks stuff up and drops stuff off.
He just did a yacht at Yacht/Sail Club in Beaufort and it looks great.

Pops Top Shop ,in Summerville. He has a son that does great work locally. Give them a call or check them out here http://www.popstopshop.net/. I had him make me a cushion and that was several years ago and it still looks great.

If you get around James Island there is a guy behind Jacks Cosmic dogs on Folly Rd that does good work reasonable. I am sorry I forget his name but if you are really interested I can drive by and get his number for you.

That's who started this discussion. He gave me 2500 estimate to recover, seemed really high vs all new from OEM.
