Feral animals are getting out of control. Cats and dogs refuse to practice safe sex and unwanted animal births are out of control. This increases the burden on animal shelters and the costs of drugs to euthanize the unwanted animals. It's pretty obvious that the reason for this is that cats and dogs do not have any money to pay for condoms. Therefore, I propose a national plan which forces anyone who buys dog or cat food to also purchase condoms for their furry friends. The solution is obvious people. Free condoms for kitties and doggies is the solution to our problem!

The proposal is to control the size of a FERAL population by providing its members with state-purchased rubbers. What happens if the tomcats of this FERAL population resist to the death?

Your wrong.!The solution would be to implement a taxpayer funded housing plan. This would take them out of the wild or Feral state, so therefore, there would be no problem! Then and only then, could they be introduced to the many benefits provided, by a taxpayer funded lifestyle. After a priod of acclimation the offspring of this population could be registered as Democrats! This proposal could be attached as a rider to the reintroduced, Dream Act.

Skinnee, also, if we don't pay for welfare recipients' dog food, then they may set the dogs loose to become strays. Therefore, to prevent a growing stray population, we must provide for free dog food for welfare recipients.
Right?*

You guys bring up some good points... Now, what should we do about other feline and canine healthcare needs? It's our "social responsibility" to provide dogs and cats with their RIGHT to free healthcare! And, I am not just talking about the rich dogs and cats that live in a nice home. I'm talking about ALL dogs and cats...

Social Responsibility! Look at this artical that I cut and pasted from the web! (Duck) It's coming to your front door and it may be sooner than you think. When it gets here, I'm going to get me a bunch of cats and dogs! I'll take them to Ducks office and he'll write up some Power of Attorney's, so I can control their Welfare and Social Security payments.
Wednesday, February 8, 2012 Do Animals Have Constitutional Rights? They May Soon Thanks to Federal Judge Jeffrey Miller The Constitution says "We the People", not "We the People and Beasts". That fact may soon be overlooked by a federal judge who is actually hearing a case about whether or not animals have the same Constitutional Rights that we (once) enjoyed.
This is all coming down to a 13th Amendment argument on slavery. Is owning a dog like owning a slave? Of course not, but that's going to be one of the arguments made. Will the outcome be outlawing Zoos, pet stores, Circuses, farms, and well you should see where I am heading with this.
A federal judge for the first time in U.S. history heard arguments Monday in a case that could determine whether animals enjoy the same constitutional protection against slavery as human beings.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Miller called the hearing in San Diego after Sea World asked the court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals that names five orcas as plaintiffs in the case.
PETA claims the captured killer whales are treated like slaves for being forced to live in tanks and perform daily at its parks in San Diego and Orlando, Fla.
The fact Judge Jeffrey Miller even considered hearing the case rather than throwing it out is alarming in itself since the Founding Fathers were specific about Constitutional rights. It is also something that is on the horizon as PETA and the Humane Society of the United States continues to infiltrate our government with animal rights activists. Remember the hell Sarah Conant put a Nixa, Missouri family through for trying to teach their 16 year old son responsibility through raising some rabbits?
As long as our federal government allows these radical animal rights activists to work within, you can bet it won't be long until Flipper has more Constitutional rights than grandma going through TSA checkpoint at the airport. Posted by Bungalow Bill

I'm making plans to get in front of this! Drawling up plans, for a clinic and medical supply company, so I can get me some of that easy Medicare money. I'll send a truck around to the animal projects, picking them up and bringing them in. I'm going to be the AL Gore, of the new National Animal Dependency Support, program (NADS)! ACORN, will be paying me for my client list! I'm getting a grant writer to draw up a grant proposal for government grants. I'm even going to try to get tax exempt status.

If they are truly feral, the solution is much simpler than you propose.

If we deny contraceptives to dogs and cats, then that could lead to denying the same to humans, which would be an abuse of their rights, according to certain political voices. So we must do this.*

Cats and *****es are such whores.
Mark Mako 262 Twin Yammaha F200s Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Well, my little Fifi went to a private training school, and immediately started getting humped by every stud there. With the money I pay for her training, I demand the owners provide and pay for 'morning after' medication. It's her right!

I just can't believe that all of you are so racist. Dogs and cats, dogs and cats, blah blah, what about the pet birds out there just trying to fly over the border. Way to leave out the little guy.

It's not the pet birds we need to be concerned with! It's the illegal birds that are flooding over the border. They are taking the jobs of the lawful pet birds in this country. It has to be stopped! The next thing you know they have anchor babys and become a burden on the taxpayers.

True, if Liberals are allowed to vote, then I believe that birds should be allowed to vote too... After all, they are equal in terms of brain mass...

this topic is really humorous. i got a good laugh out of it for sure. get those dam birds out of here! lol
just for ships and giggles what are your plans when obama wins again.. are you just going to keep coming up with really outrageous comparisons of his policies for another 4 years... or are you going to leave the country. might as well if you hate the president that much
i am very moderate (if thats possible... i know it sounds stupid) but if yall really think romney is going to roll over obama in the election you are in for a real surprise
i honestly wish mccain would have picked a better vice president canidate than palin. if he had he would be president right now. i truly believe that
romney is completely out of touch with the american public and it will cost him dearly come the fall. sorry to rain on your parade but it is a fact. please feel free to shred this post. i am expecting as much.
