I have had to buy a whole sheet of highly scratch and uv resistant quarter inch polycarbonate for a project so there's a lot left over. I have a guy that will route and bend the material to make a windshield for much cheaper than elsewhere. This is the expensive type material that can make your windshield at the same price range as cheapo stuff I've priced out. He can do basic curves but not longer radiused stuff.
Let me know if you want in. The material has a very light aqua green tint. I'll try and get a pic up of the sample I've got. Sheet will be here next week.
Price will be under 200 bucks each. Pictures and a template of what you need will determine exact cost.
Help me pay for this material. Was near 400 dollars for the 4x8 sheet!

If anyone needs a really nice, new never installed SS grab rail for their new windshield I have two. One is folding and one is fixed. Don't have the sizes right now but will measure when I get home.
