Any of you guys been seeing em on the way out yet? Friends on the shrimp boats started catching em this week 50 miles in. Seems like this weather has everything happening early!

Get out There!

70 seems to be the magic number for them at Beaufort. Of course they catch a few here and there before May 1st, but the majority of Cobia are caught when the water hits 70. They will start staging offshore in the next few weeks, but with nobody fishing for grouper, blackfish, or snapper, it will be tough to tell where they are.
