Was hoping to catch a few reds coming off the flats on Rantowles creek. Got there way too early. Bottom fished until I couldn't tolerate the wind anymore. No bite, not even a crab. I think I'm going to start calling that river the Sto-No. Nice and sunny at least.

Were you on the bridge, or did you make it up in the creek on a boat ??

Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

I followed the channel up into the flats. I quickly realized there was way too much water to move them off the flats so I sat back and enjoyed the sun. didn't expect to catch anything because of the high water and I was right.
