I want to take my daughter (5 yo) camping this spring/summer when it gets warm enough to swim but not too hot. I am looking for somewhere by boat, legally I know Banana Island over at Daws, other than that I am at a loss. Any other spots or ideas? I know its still early, we were talking about it today and just wanted to see if anybody had any good spots that are open to the public. Thanks, Brandon
A lot of people go out to Bull Point. Mouth of Trenchards Inlet, north side across fron St. Phillips ilsand. You launch from Station creek. The sheriffs dept has a substation out there. You can park there, but I wouldnt have anything in the truck and leave it unlocked. Trust Me!!
