I will be fishing for flounder in the surf and want to know where. More importantly how do you catch and what time of year will they be in abundance? All advice will be appreciated! Thanks.

this was from a post on the inshore reports. This should help you get started on flounder fishing. I caught my first flounder of the year this weekend on a gulp jerkshad, but they usually come in around late april, but they will probably come earlier this year since its so warm.
