i would use an anchir trolley with at least 100 ft of rope.....if there is any kind of way with too shirt if a rope you would just drag your abchor.....a good thing to have as well would be a quick release setup you so you can release from the anchor if need be.....have an anchor rope float attched to the end of your anchor rope so when and if you do unclip from the anchor you can locate your anchor rope........go check out kayakkevin.com website abd read the post under kipto tips anchor setup
