Took a friend and his son today. Started off slow working the grass line and caught zilch. After an hour or so found some trout 5 small ones with the biggest around 14". Then hit one one my favorite docks and zilch not a bite. So decided to move to another dock and finally 2 reds back to back around 13-15 inches then bam nothing. So pulled anchor and went to hit another spot and decided to stop halfway there to try something else and within 5 minutes BAAAAAMMMMM it was on. 11 reds in 30-45 minutes we had double and triple hookups with eight of them being 24"+......the largest 29'......................then low and behold had to leave to go to work.....just went it got great had to leave.....then to top it off ran out of gas 1/2 mile from boat landing.....

we were using live shrimp 3-4ft below a popping cork until we ran out of shrimp then switched to finger mullet on the bottom which seemed to be what they loved
and I was somewhere in the wando .........sorry guys can't give all the secrets
think we got lucky cause three days before hand got skunked
