MSC had a very strong showing in the Hooter/Playing Hooky Breast Cancer Awareness Open. MSC Members took first, second, fourth and big fish in the event and first, second and third along with big fish in the TWT! I want to give Ronnie Faircloth special recognition for coordinating this special event and hope that this is an annual event moving forward. Unless you have directed an event like this you truely cannot appreiciate the efforts he pur forth.
I am proud to say that MSC was able to dontate $1100 directly to Breast Cancer Awareness as a result of our TWT. I know that with more recongnition of this event we CAN get more boats next year and hopefully double or triple our donation to this wide spread disease.

Big thanks to you too, Richy, for serving as MSC tournament director and representing us at the weigh-in and coordinating the MSC Open TWT. I think the tournament was run in a first-class manner. The only improvement I saw that really needed to be adjusted was the time after the weigh-in to present the awards. They also should do a photo shoot with the winners and get some additional publicity from local newspapers and magazines. For the first attempt, I thought it was an outstanding effort.
