Link to video: http://youtu.be/rsoG2-mpe2o

Fished the 550 line in 1500ft and caught 60 dolphin. The first 38 were caught with 4 packs of ballyhoo on circle hooks and the rest were caught on dolphin bellys on circle hooks. I got some nice underwater video as well. There were a bunch of hungry dolphin under the boat today! Big dolphin were trying to eat the little dolphin that were trying to eat the dolphin belles! We high speed trolled into 135 feet with no wahoo but still had dolphin chasing the boat!

Just a clarification since many people reading this forum may mis-interpret this...

It's only 60 per boat if you have 6 or more people on board. It's 10 per person, with a maximum of 60 per boat for recreational fishermen.

So, if you have 4 people on board, you can only have 40 dolphin on board.

It has been easy for me to lose count,too.5 of us got in em thick 2yrs ago and I said we ought not to keep any more because I estimated we had around 40 in the box.Well, when we got in there was exactly 50.Scary.

Good thing I went commercial.

With rates so low, now may be the perfect time to refinance or purchase your dream home. If you are thinking about home financing give me a ring!

I will say that things "seem" to be getting better. You dont see the 80 peanuts sitting on the dock with folks bragging like you use to. Not to say it doesnt happen.

I am very conservation minded but I cant get excited about saving mahi, a pelagic nomad that breeds like cockroaches.
