Has anyone been doing much around the jetties yet? Noone ever reports from up this way anymore. Come on, help the landlocked working guys out. We need some new fish stories to drool over. LOL

Two weeks ago we were at the jetties and also trolling outside the inlet and along the beach. There was nothing (but a few blues); but then, that could have been due to my inabilities!

Also, there was no bait in the water.

Hammered the area past couple of days 4 short flatties a short black and a nice bass was all we caught.

we where there mothers day weekend two days, same thing jetties, dunn area and trolled along the coast. nothing. chalked it up to not enough experience.

I haven't been. I pulled the Whaler last week to put a Honda on it and I'm waiting for some cables.
