Well, since noone wants to report, I will. I finally got to go gigging Friday night. The storms had the water pretty dirty. We managed 3 keepers, but that was really all I needed. Big fish of the night came in at 9lbs 1oz, my personal best so far. Hope you guys are getting out some with the hook and line. I want to bad, but family and work just won't allow it here lately. Tight lines to all.
The fish was only 32", but it was almost 5" thick. The weight really surprised me. It was laying in less than a foot of water as well. A nice surprise to say the least.
