We live near Keowee and I've fished it quite a bit in the past. You can expect lots of largemouth, crappie and bream but no record breakers. What part of the lake will you be on?

Try Crappie minnows on a down line, or vertical jigging for Spotted Bass. Once you find them the action is hard to beat. Oh, and mostly half-back Yankees from Florida in my experience!!

It might be to late But i live on keowee and i have been catching all kinds of spot and large mouth on a bright colored fluke off points. Also has been good on a clown x-rap jerkbait. hope it helps enjoy your stay! also hit up the tiki hut for a good lunch at the marina.
